Welcome!  I appreciate your interest in learning about my therapy practice.  I have worked in the counseling profession for 20 years and love having the opportunity to be involved in people's journeys to well-being.

I believe a positive working alliance is essential for a successful therapy experience.  I will take the time to listen and understand the presenting problems or issues and then collaborate with you to identify specific goals for therapy.

I use an integrative therapeutic approach that includes elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, family systems theory, mindfulness and motivational enhancement therapy.   Therapy is customized to the personality, needs and goals of the individual, couple or family I am working with.
